About the Role

At Soliant, we are dedicated to providing exceptional services to students with communication disorders. We are seeking a licensed Remote Speech Therapist (SLP) to join our team in Westfield, Texas.

Job Summary

This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating and diagnosing communication disorders, developing treatment plans, and providing speech and language services to students.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and assess students to diagnose communication disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments
  • Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
Requirements:
  • A valid Texas Speech-Language Pathology license or equivalent is required
  • Prior school-based experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
