Overview

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join a school district in Westfield, Texas. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students with communication disorders.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Responsibilities

As a Speech-Language Pathologist with Soliant, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating and assessing students with communication disorders to diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Providing speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure effective communication and support for students
  • Maintaining accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must possess:

  • A valid Texas Speech-Language Pathology license or equivalent
  • A minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, preferably in a school-based setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
