Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the bar area while maintaining Company standards and ensuring quality control.
2. Adhere to health and safety regulations consistently.
3. Craft and serve exceptional cocktails and food selections, while encouraging up-sell opportunities.
4. Comply with Mystery Shopper protocols and Service Standards.
5. Assist in the recruitment, training, and problem-solving during peak service times.
6. Maintain a positive demeanor, with a focus on customer service and sales.
7. Collaborate across departments to enhance operational efficiency.
8. Keep a safe, clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace.
9. Complete daily checklists for opening, turnover, and closing procedures.
10. Manage product rotation and inventory effectively.
11. Communicate updates regarding wine selections to front-of-house staff.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a dynamic professional setting.
- Prior experience as a Bartender or in a similar capacity within a high-volume craft cocktail venue.
- Proven track record in effective communication and engagement.
- Team-oriented with the ability to manage various stakeholders proficiently.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to handle objects with hands and stand for at least 8 hours.
- Capable of fast-paced movements and lifting weights between 20 to 60 pounds.
- Occasionally required to kneel, bend, crouch, and climb as necessary.
- Must be able to utilize a step ladder.
