Position Summary:
We are in search of a dedicated and customer-focused Bartender to enhance our dynamic and collaborative team. The ideal candidate will possess a true passion for the hospitality sector and an entrepreneurial mindset. In our fast-paced environment, we value individuals who can operate independently while managing multiple tasks and projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Bartender, your role will encompass a variety of essential functions, including:

  1. Exhibiting professionalism and courtesy at all times.
  2. Overseeing the bar area to ensure adherence to company standards and quality control.
  3. Complying with health and safety regulations consistently.
  4. Crafting exceptional cocktails and food pairings while promoting additional sales opportunities.
  5. Upholding service standards and guidelines.
  6. Assisting management with training and resolving issues during peak service times.
  7. Maintaining a positive, customer-oriented attitude with a focus on sales.
  8. Collaborating with various departments to enhance operational efficiency.
  9. Ensuring a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace.
  10. Completing daily opening, turnover, and closing checklists.
  11. Managing the rotation of all perishable items.
  12. Updating inventory sheets as necessary.
  13. Communicating any changes regarding wine selections to front-of-house staff.
