Responsibilities:
- Dispense medications to patients, including inpatient unit doses, intravenous admixtures, and outpatient prescriptions.
- Oversee the filling of stock requisitions to ensure accurate handling.
- Provide clinical pharmacy services, including drug information, pharmacokinetic dosing, and adverse drug reaction monitoring.
- Record data and control pharmacy records to ensure accurate reporting.
- Complete assigned audits and ensure proper storage and handling of medications.
Requirements:
- Doctorate Degree in Pharmacy.
- Minimum of two years previous hospital pharmacy experience or completion of an accredited Residency program.
- Computer literate in Excel, WordPerfect, and Word software.
- Valid California State Board of Pharmacy License.
