As a key member of our Intelligence and Homeland Security (IHS) Chief Technology Office (CTO), you'll play a critical role in delivering technical solutioning excellence within the division.
Responsibilities:- Apply intelligence and analytic services expertise to craft solutions and write compelling intelligence services proposals for contracts where teams of intelligence practitioners work with the customer to deliver their mission.
- Codify intelligence tradecraft in solutions and frameworks that address people, processes, and tools aligned with customer missions, strategies, policies, guidance, and in-place procedures.
- Plan for and incorporate a comprehensive set of program components needed to successfully execute a customer's mission, including staffing, operational practices and tradecraft, training, adoption and adaptation of relevant technology and tools, and innovation and improvement practices.
- Assess current state operational environment and recommend realistic and practical changes appropriate to the mission and organization.
- Schedule and host technical exchange meetings with subject matter experts to capture relevant details and tradecraft insight applicable to the pursuit and the customer's operational environment and mission.
- 15+ years of related experience in Intelligence Analysis (Intelligence or Law Enforcement Communities).
- Working knowledge of common intelligence production tools and systems.
- Experience working in operational intelligence environments and missions.
- Due to the need for the selected candidate to hold a Security Clearance, US Citizenship is required.
