Job Description

S2 Analytical Solutions is seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Architect (Proposal Solutions) to join our team. As a key member of our proposal development team, you will be responsible for creating innovative solutions that meet the needs of our federal government customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze RFP instructions and develop tailored solutions for proposal volumes, request for information responses, and demonstrations.
  • Partner with the Business Development team to support the shaping and development of technical solutions, basis of estimates, and industry relationships.
  • Create technology and solution roadmaps to improve mission enterprise capabilities.
  • Establish S2 best practices, lessons learned, and technological approaches related to rapid production of secure, high-quality software technologies.
  • Develop and lead architecture definition of Cloud Computing solutions addressing the full lifecycle from early CONOPS to sustainment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of prior relevant experience in technical solution development.
  • Ability to author solutions and/or approaches addressing Government evaluation criteria.
  • Proven experience as a solution architect and/or technical section lead on captures and proposals.
  • Experience developing BOE/BOM for proposed solutions.
  • Understanding of modern Digital Modernization/delivery tools and approaches.
  • Ability to develop and/or evaluate new innovations/offerings and identify applicability to business/operational needs.
  • Federal Government industry awareness with leading technology providers.
