Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve individual and branch sales targets while meeting customer expectations.
- Establish and nurture relationships with clients throughout the loan process and its lifecycle.
- Offer tailored financial solutions that align with customer objectives.
- Introduce optional insurance products to clients.
- Clarify loan terms and conditions to ensure customer comprehension.
- Collaborate with local businesses to identify and cultivate new customer opportunities.
- Gain proficiency in credit underwriting methods and sales tools.
- Oversee the loan lifecycle, including collection activities, while adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Sales, Collections, or Customer Service.
- Bilingual candidates, particularly in Spanish, are encouraged to apply.
Work Environment:
This position requires on-site presence during standard business hours, with potential extended hours during the week and occasional Saturdays.
Compensation:
The anticipated base salary ranges from $18.29 to $20.00, influenced by various factors such as skills and experience. Additionally, this role qualifies for a competitive compensation program based on individual and company performance.
