Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Box Office Lead I to join our team at Pabst Theater Group. As a key member of our box office team, you will be responsible for managing the box office night of show, processing ticket sales and exchanges, and providing exceptional customer service to our patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the night-of-show box office show closer, managing financial reports and ensuring accurate cash handling and reconciliation.
  • Sell tickets, process exchanges or refunds, and answer customer inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email.
  • Process and package tickets for shipment or will call, and maintain accurate records.
  • Update and organize Marquee tiles, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Perform daily deposit reconciliation and cash handling tasks.
  • Complete special projects as needed, demonstrating initiative and a strong work ethic.
Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent required.
  • One year of customer service, ticket sales, or clerical experience preferred.
  • Cash handling experience and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Google Suite required.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills essential.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and demonstrate a strong sense of team and collaboration.
  • Flexibility to work variable hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.
Work Environment

This is a part-time position with variable hours, including evenings and weekends. Job location can be any of the six venues in the Metropolitan Milwaukee area.
