Position Overview
This is a 100% On-site position with a competitive hourly wage ranging from $19.00 to $25.00. Candidates must be available to work on weekends and holidays, with shifts scheduled from 1:30 PM to 10 PM.
The Aircraft Ground Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless ground support for arriving and departing aircraft, as well as assisting flight crews and passengers. This position also provides vital support to various departments, including Charter, Aircraft Maintenance, and Facilities. Safety is paramount at Clay Lacy Aviation, and adherence to safety protocols is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Fuel aircraft in compliance with industry standards.
- Marshal and assist with aircraft movements on the ramp.
- Ensure aircraft are properly secured and chocked.
- Communicate effectively with team members and flight crews.
- Provide lavatory and potable water services for aircraft.
- Safely operate refueling vehicles and ground support equipment.
- Assist with baggage handling and other ground services.
- Support other departments as needed, including facility maintenance.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license with no restrictions.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug testing.
