About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team at HCA Florida Putnam Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, prioritizing the needs of our critically ill patients.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and assess patient conditions, identifying and responding to changes in their status.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Florida.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
  • Associate Degree in Nursing or higher.
