About the Role:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in our intensive care unit, utilizing your expertise and knowledge to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
  • Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families.
  • Identify and monitor patient care requirements by recording and reporting symptoms and changes in patients' conditions.
  • Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records.

Our hospital is located in Palatka, Florida, and we serve the residents of Putnam County and surrounding areas. We have a 10-bed intensive care unit and a 24-hour emergency department, offering a full complement of quality healthcare services while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
