  • Design and implement marketing automation strategies across multiple brands to enhance student engagement and loyalty, with an emphasis on refining the student experience within the healthcare domain.
  • Utilize email, text messaging, paid media, and direct mail channels to connect with students and enhance their experience.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to establish and manage expectations.
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives adhere to brand standards and comply with best practices regarding student data privacy and security.
  • Analyze and interpret student behavior data to uncover trends and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Develop and execute test-and-learn programs aimed at continuously refining marketing automation efforts.
  • Work in partnership with cross-functional teams, including technology, analytics, and creative departments, to create and implement marketing campaigns across various brands.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in marketing automation, consistently evaluating and integrating new technologies and methodologies.
