As an MDM Developer, you will play a critical role in assisting our multi-year digital transformation by providing expertise in STIBO systems and maintaining, enhancing, and optimizing our MDM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Master Data Management (MDM) systems, primarily utilizing STIBO Systems.
  • Collaborate with senior developers and data teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy.
  • Support the integration of MDM systems with other business applications.
  • Assist in the configuration, customization, and troubleshooting of the STIBO platform.
  • Participate in code reviews and follow best practices to ensure scalable and maintainable code.
  • Help identify and resolve data-related issues, ensuring that master data is accurate and up to date.
  • Document technical processes and system configurations for future reference.
  • Stay informed about new features and updates within the STIBO ecosystem and the broader MDM landscape.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Basic understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and principles.
  • Experience or familiarity with STIBO Systems or similar MDM platforms.
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with SQL and database management systems.
  • Understanding of data modeling, data integration, and data quality concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate across departments.
  • Experience with STIBO Systems, specifically in data configuration, customization, or integration, preferred.
  • Familiarity with APIs and data integration tools, preferred.
  • Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies, preferred.
  • Experience working with enterprise-level databases and business systems, preferred.
  • Internship or prior work experience in data management or software development is a plus, preferred.
