The State of New York is seeking a qualified individual for the role of Director of Psychiatric Nursing. This position entails serving as the Chief Nursing Officer at a prominent children's psychiatric center, contributing to the executive management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the nursing department, ensuring high-quality care for individuals with mental health conditions across various settings including inpatient and outpatient services.
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and programs that align with organizational goals.
