We are seeking a Compliance Program Manager to join our team at Rescale. This role is pivotal in driving our ambitious Security and Compliance initiatives. You will work collaboratively across various departments and with external partners to ensure the timely execution of compliance objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and oversee security and compliance programs to achieve and maintain industry standards.
2. Partner with the Security and Compliance team to coordinate audits and assessments.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address security and compliance vulnerabilities promptly.
4. Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
5. Work alongside Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to evaluate and prioritize compliance-related roadmap adjustments.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing intricate compliance programs in dynamic environments.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering, Product, Security, Operations, Legal, and Sales teams.
- Expertise in compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, NIST, and FedRAMP.
- Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with US Federal Government certifications is a plus.
