- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused review process to educate customers about insurance options, leveraging your strong communication skills.
- Collaborate with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, driving business growth through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experiences.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market suitable products and services.
- Sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing roles.
- A successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas, demonstrating your ability to drive results.
- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and listening – to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
- A genuine enthusiasm for the role insurance plays in helping people manage risks, recover from unexpected events, and achieve their dreams.
- Self-motivation, driving you to succeed in this dynamic environment.
- The ability to make presentations to potential customers, showcasing your product expertise.
- Achieving mutually agreed-upon marketing goals, fueling business growth.
- Experience in marketing, applying your creative talents to promote our services.
- A valid Property and Casualty license, essential for this role.
- A Life and Health license, which you can obtain upon joining our team.
