As an Environmental Services Associate, the clean and nurturing atmosphere you cultivate will enhance the comfort and wellness of our residents, guests, and staff. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing communal areas and resident accommodations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in restrooms, kitchens, and shared spaces.
  • Manage waste disposal and recycling.
  • Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a safe and organized environment.
  • Respond promptly to housekeeping requests from residents and staff.
  • Utilize cleaning equipment such as buffing machines and vacuums.

Qualifications for an Environmental Services Associate include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend English.
  • Capability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to upholding high cleanliness standards.
  • Familiarity with cleaning protocols, infection control, fire safety, and emergency procedures in long-term care is valued but not required; training will be provided.
