Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cashier & Front End Associate to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting and thanking customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods.
  • Restock shelves, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and perform other tasks as needed to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
  • Work collaboratively with other associates to achieve sales goals and provide support as needed.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
