Job Title: Hydro Blast Technician

USA DeBusk, LLC is a leading provider of mechanical and industrial cleaning services, specializing in the downstream energy market. We offer a wide range of services, including hydro blasting, hydro cutting, and vacuum services.

Job Summary:

The Hydro Blast Technician will perform a variety of physical activities that require strength and flexibility, including handling, positioning, and manipulating equipment and materials. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and setting up cleaning equipment, adhering to safety policies and practices, and working safely in and around heavy machinery.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate and set up all necessary cleaning equipment, including high-pressure pumps and vacuum trucks, in accordance with operational and safety guidelines.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and practices, including the use of personal protective gear.
  • Ability to work safely in and around heavy machinery in loud, hazardous, and heavy industrial settings.
  • Manually clean, install, and repair valves, caps, hoses, pumps, gaskets, and other external and internal equipment on tanks.
  • Assist in the inspection of equipment, hoses, connections, pumps, and general work area prior to starting any job, and inform supervisor of any deficiencies that may cause accidents, injuries, or lost productivity.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license or State issued ID.
  • Valid TWIC card.
  • Ability to pass a hair follicle and urine drug screen.
  • Basic safety training skills.
  • Hydro blasting or pressure cleaning experience preferred, but not required.
  • General labor experience is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
  • Physically capable of performing all duties and responsibilities assigned.
  • Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
  • Physically capable of standing and/or walking continuously for long periods of time if necessary.
  • Physically capable of climbing, balancing, bending, stooping, and kneeling continuously.
