We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes that support our strategic goals at Coop Sleep Goods. This pivotal role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial modeling, and proficiency in data analysis tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Collaborate with various departments to gather inputs and ensure alignment with company objectives during the annual budgeting process.

• Develop and maintain robust forecasting models to project future financial performance based on historical data and market trends.

• Prepare and analyze budget variances, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Conduct detailed financial analyses to support decision-making, including profitability analysis, channel analysis, and scenario modeling.

• Aggregate data from multiple data sources for organizational reporting and model development.

• Synthesize granular level data into higher level trends for tracking and reporting.

• Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to present key financial data to stakeholders.

Strategic Support:

• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives, product launches, and market expansions.

• Assist in evaluating profitability of new business opportunities and investments.

Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements within financial planning and analysis functions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the consumer products industry.

• Proficiency with Oracle NetSuite and Power BI preferred; experience with advanced Excel modeling is a must.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
