We are in search of a motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Executive to enhance our sales force. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving revenue by marketing and selling our state-of-the-art Software as a Service (SaaS) products. Your main objective will be to discover new business prospects, cultivate leads, and finalize sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:
    • Perform comprehensive market analysis to pinpoint potential clients and target accounts.
    • Leverage diverse channels (such as cold outreach, email marketing, and social media) to generate interest.
    • Assess leads based on established criteria and prioritize them for further engagement.
  • Sales Engagement:
    • Interact with potential clients to identify their challenges, business requirements, and needs.
    • Communicate the advantages of our SaaS offerings and customize your approach for each client.
    • Arrange product demonstrations and exploratory discussions to highlight our solutions.
    • Adhere to our established SaaS Sales Methodology.
  • Closing Sales:
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential opportunities.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to craft tailored proposals and presentations.
    • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to successfully close sales.
    • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Proactive Approach:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within the software or technology sector.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Strong negotiation skills.
    • Self-driven and results-focused.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
    • Proficient in computer applications and software (e.g., MS Office).
    • Detail-oriented with an organized approach to managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with significant use of telephone and computer.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

  • Compliance with vendor credentialing processes may be necessary, including submission of personal information and proof of vaccinations.
