Visual Merchandising Expert

**Job Summary:**
As a Visual Merchandiser at Buckle, you will be responsible for creating and implementing visual merchandising plans that align with the company's overall strategy. You will work closely with the store leadership team to design and implement store layouts that meet the company's visual merchandising standards. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all visual merchandising elements, including window displays and in-store displays, are visually appealing and meet the company's standards.
**Key Responsibilities:*
* Collaborate with store leadership to design and implement visual merchandising plans that align with the company's overall strategy.
* Create and implement store layouts that meet the company's visual merchandising standards.
* Ensure that all visual merchandising elements, including window displays and in-store displays, are visually appealing and meet the company's standards.
* Work closely with the visual merchandising team to ensure that all visual merchandising elements are implemented consistently across all stores.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest visual merchandising trends and best practices.
* Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that visual merchandising plans align with sales goals.
**Requirements:**
* Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
* Six months to one year of related experience and/or training.
* Equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Physical ability to lift and maneuver 30lbs throughout the store and backroom.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

**Salary Range:** $16.00 - $19.00 per hour. Salary may vary based on location, experience, and qualifications.
**Location:** This role is located in a retail store setting.
**Work Environment:** The work environment is usually moderate, with occasional exposure to loud noises and fast-paced activity.
