Job Title: EHS Administrator

DSJ Global is seeking an experienced EHS Administrator to support the development, implementation, and management of environmental, health, and safety programs across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement EHS Policies: Create, implement, and maintain EHS policies and procedures in alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct Audits and Inspections: Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with EHS standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with Management: Collaborate with management to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate EHS records, reports, and documentation.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to employees on EHS protocols and best practices.
  • Incident Investigation: Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses to identify root causes and recommend preventive measures.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance.
  • Sustainability Initiatives: Support sustainability initiatives and promote environmentally responsible practices.
  • Emergency Response: Assist in emergency response planning and coordination of drills.
  • Regulatory Agency Engagement: Engage with external regulatory agencies and ensure timely reporting and communication.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in EHS administration or a similar role.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of EHS regulations, standards, and best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and EHS management software.
