About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Walmart. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and disposing of trash.
  • Work collaboratively with other associates to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure that the store looks its best and that merchandise is accurately stocked.
