Job Title: Sales Associate III

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate III to join our team at Coach. As a Sales Associate III, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide personalized service to customers, answering questions and making recommendations to drive sales.
  • Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively communicating product features and benefits to customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, benefits, and current offerings.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, including merchandise displays and visual presentations.
  • Operations: Ensure all daily tasks are completed, including maintaining store appearance, processing transactions, and replenishing inventory.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Technical: Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
  • Physical: Ability to execute at a fast pace, communicate effectively with customers and team, and maneuver the sales floor, sales shelves, and stock room.
