KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Store Operations Manager, you will oversee all activities during your shift. This includes managing costs, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations. You are expected to set a high standard and adhere to all policies and procedures consistently.

Additional Responsibilities:

Staff management, Administrative tasks, Cost management, Cash handling, Food safety, Scheduling, Maintaining a professional image, Upholding standards, Exceptional Customer Service, Attendance and punctuality, Transportation to/from work, Store cleanliness, Marketing initiatives, Profitability management.

Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.

General Responsibilities for All Team Members

  • Operate all necessary equipment.
  • Stock ingredients from delivery to storage and preparation areas.
  • Prepare food products.
  • Receive and process customer orders via phone.
  • Conduct inventory checks and complete related documentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and the facility on a daily basis.

Training: Comprehensive orientation and on-the-job training will be provided.

Communication Skills: Ability to understand and provide clear written instructions. Strong verbal communication skills to interact with customers and team members for order processing both over the phone and in person.

Essential Skills: Proficiency in basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) with the ability to make accurate monetary change. Strong verbal, written, and telephone skills for order processing. Coordination skills to perform tasks accurately and efficiently. Ability to enter orders using a computer or touch screen.

WORK ENVIRONMENT



EXPOSURE TO:
Variable and occasionally challenging weather conditions when performing outdoor tasks. In-store temperatures can range from 36 degrees in coolers to over 90 degrees in certain areas. Sudden temperature changes may occur. Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and cramped spaces such as walk-in coolers. Hot surfaces and tools, sharp edges, and moving machinery are present.



SENSORY REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to communicate effectively over the phone. Near and mid-range vision is necessary for most in-store tasks. Depth perception and the ability to distinguish between hot and cold surfaces are essential.



PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
Ability to lead activities, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and collaboratively, manage stress, meet strict quality standards, interact with people, analyze data, and make informed decisions.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS include, but are not limited to: Standing, Walking, Sitting, Lifting, Carrying, Pushing, Climbing, Bending, Crouching, Reaching, and using tools and equipment.

Driving Responsibilities Deliver products by vehicle and to customer locations. Distribute promotional materials as needed.

Requirements: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record that meets company standards. Access to an insured vehicle suitable for deliveries.

Essential Skills: Navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within the delivery area. Ability to navigate various terrains, including multi-story buildings and private residences while carrying products.

Physical Requirements

CARRYING: During deliveries, carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing.

DRIVING: Deliver pizzas within a designated area, making multiple deliveries per shift.

WALKING: Delivery personnel must travel between the store and delivery vehicle and from the vehicle to the customer's location.

CLIMBING: Delivery may require navigating five or more flights of stairs.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Exposure To: Variable and sometimes challenging weather conditions during deliveries and promotional activities.

SENSORY REQUIREMENTS: Ability to see clearly for driving, including night vision.
