About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Refrigeration Service Technician to join our team at CoolSys. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and repair of refrigeration equipment in commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and overhaul refrigeration equipment, including compressors, water pumps, and electrical control devices.
  • Test malfunctioning systems and components using electrical and mechanical skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of work history and provide general repair work on refrigeration, heating, and ventilation equipment.
  • Perform preventative maintenance activities, diagnose equipment malfunctions, and improve operating efficiency of mechanical equipment.
  • Work on minor construction and remodeling projects, including startups of new installations.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of commercial refrigeration experience required.
  • Experience working on refrigeration equipment in convenience stores or supermarkets is a strong plus.
  • Must have a good driving record and be able to work independently.
  • Emergency on-call availability is a basic requirement.
