Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct projects by managing and delegating tasks, forecasting and proactively addressing workload, financial performance, resource and staffing needs.
  • Oversee and participate in the cultivation of existing client relationships, including periodic client meetings, proposal and budget development, and obtaining feedback in conjunction with Marketing and Practice Area teammates.
  • Prepare agreements and oversee the creation and approval of construction plans, bid documents, technical specifications, and construction cost estimates.
  • Analyze complex technical opportunities and devise new or improved techniques, approaches, and alternative solutions.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor Team Members to achieve the goals and strategies for the Practice Area.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of Stormwater engineering/industry experience with demonstrated team management experience.
  • Professional Engineer License.
  • Self-motivated, engaged, and team-oriented with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills as well as excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of contracts, accounting principles, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Execute multiple tasks under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record of fostering existing client relationships.
  • Demonstrate personal investment in your career.
