Job Description

The Wooten Company's Raleigh, NC office is seeking a team-focused, innovative Site Civil Project Manager with a strong stormwater background to join our expanding Civil Site Team.

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated civil engineer with a seasoned depth of experience successfully completing site development and minor roadway projects that include components of grading, drainage, stormwater management, and erosion control for both municipal and private clients.

You will work with a variety of stakeholders, including land developers, owners, designers, and permitting agencies, to create innovative solutions for projects such as multi-family developments, commercial, downtown renovations, parks, and stormwater management systems.

You will be responsible for managing multiple projects, developing project schedules, analyzing project budgets, and communicating effectively with design teams and clients.

Requirements
  • B.S. in Civil Engineering or related degree from an ABET accredited program
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in a consulting engineering environment
  • NC Licensed Professional Engineer (or if licensed outside NC, ability to obtain NC license within one year)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (O365) applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD - Civil 3D strongly preferred
  • Familiar with Stormwater Modeling Programs such as: HydroCAD, HydroFlow, and/or other Stormwater Similar Programs
