About This RoleAs a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant at Soliant, you will play a vital part in providing therapeutic interventions to individuals with occupational therapy needs. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team and collaborate with Occupational Therapists to develop effective treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with Occupational Therapists to implement evidence-based interventions.
  • Assist in conducting comprehensive assessments and developing personalized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Prioritize providing hands-on treatment to individuals with diverse occupational therapy requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress to inform treatment decisions.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1+ years of experience in occupational therapy is required for this position.
  • An Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program is essential.
  • Current and valid certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) is mandatory.
  • State licensure in Washington or eligibility to obtain licensure is also necessary.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills are crucial for success in this role.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and development within our organization.
