We are seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a member of our staff, you will have access to mentorship programs, continuing education opportunities, and a network of nearly 200 facilities across 26 states. Our state-of-the-art facility, which opened in 2016, specializes in Short–Term Skilled Care.

Job Summary:
The Occupational Therapist provides direct rehabilitation care to patients upon physician referral, adhering to all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. This role requires a graduate degree in occupational therapy (BSOT or MSOT) and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication. The ideal candidate will also possess knowledge of practices and procedures governing functions in a post-acute care facility, including patient rights, safety, and sanitation.

Responsibilities:
* Implement and interpret programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department
* Oversee and evaluate care given by OTAs, Rehab Aides, and students
* Utilize therapy software appropriately and accurately
* Maintain confidentiality of proprietary and/or confidential information

Requirements:
* Graduate degree in occupational therapy (BSOT or MSOT)
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication
* Knowledgeable of practices and procedures governing functions in a post-acute care facility
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation:
$55 per hour
