Job Description

The Sunlight Advocate will be responsible for managing communications and activity calendars related to our Solar for All program in Florida. This includes writing, planning, and coordinating targeted emails, as well as developing and implementing external communications to recruit new participants.

You will work closely with our Digital team to produce engaging content, including blog posts, social media content, and press releases. Your expertise in Canva and other design tools will help us create compelling images and marketing materials that showcase our work.

This is a full-time position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent storytelling abilities. If you have a knack for synthesizing complex information into simple language and a passion for solar energy, we encourage you to apply.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum two years of experience in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field
  • Excellent storytelling, writing, and editing skills
  • Proficiency with WordPress or similar content management systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively, independently, proactively, and respectfully in a virtual team environment
