About the Role

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is seeking a skilled Dialysis Nurse Manager to oversee the management of our dialysis facilities and supervise nursing personnel. This role is responsible for ensuring safe and efficient dialysis treatments for all patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule patients and staff, providing direct patient care when needed
  • Develop and implement standards of care, adhering to ESRD Network, regulatory agencies, and DCI's Quality Assessment Performance Improvement (QAPI) program
  • Plan and provide training for patient care staff, collaborating with the nurse educator
  • Coordinate DCI, QAPI, and risk management program implementation with the quality and risk manager
  • Collaborate on patient care initiatives with the medical director, social worker, dietitian, charge nurses, technical managers, staff nurses, and equipment technicians

Requirements

  • Accredited nursing degree required (BSN, AA, RN)
  • Six months' dialysis experience required, one year dialysis experience preferred
  • One year clinical nursing experience required
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Current NY Registered Nurse license
