Licensed Practical Nurse

Troy Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collecting required information from new residents to be admitted
• Recording health details of residents, including vitals and temperature
• Administering medications and injections to residents as needed
• Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed
• Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Helping residents with personal hygiene and daily activities
Requirements:
• Valid NY State LPN license
• Ability to work as a team member
• Must be in good standing with State Registry
