Job Details:

The Inpatient Physical Therapist delivers acute care services to patients with cardiac, orthopedic, neurologic, vascular, pulmonary, and medical-surgical conditions as an essential member of a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive Physical Therapy assessments and implement treatment plans for patients.
2. Provide education and support to patients and their families.
3. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans and facilitate transition planning.

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy or a Master's degree or higher in Physical Therapy; Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
- Valid NYS Physical Therapist license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- BLS certification required within 60 days of hire.

Posted Salary Range:

USD $63.00 /Hr.
