Physical Therapy Assistant

SportsMed Physical Therapy is a dynamic and growing multidisciplinary practice in New Jersey, offering a range of services including Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, Occupational Hand Therapy, and Acupuncture. We treat a diverse patient population, including those with sports-related injuries, post-surgical conditions, and musculoskeletal issues.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Rehabilitation Support Specialist. Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting patients and escorting them to the Physical Therapist's treatment area
- Informing the Physical Therapist of patient arrivals and schedule changes
- Preparing and setting up equipment in the treatment areas
- Ensuring patient supervision and safety during treatment
- Confirming treatment completion with the Physical Therapist
- Collaborating with Physical Therapists and other team members to ensure seamless patient care
As a Rehabilitation Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our practice. Pay Range: $16.00 per hour
