Key Responsibilities- Provide Comprehensive Patient Care: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and effective patient care.
- Manage Patient Flow: Triage and prioritize patient calls, manage patient flow, and ensure timely and efficient delivery of patient care services.
- Develop and Implement Policies and Procedures: Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote high-quality patient care and safety.
- Provide Education and Support: Provide education and support to patients, families, and healthcare teams on various topics, including patient care, safety, and quality improvement.
- Education: Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited school of nursing.
- Experience: Two years of relevant clinical experience in an acute or ambulatory care environment.
- Certifications: Registered Professional Nurse licensure in the State of Illinois and certification in Basic CPR.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing.
