About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Assistant to join our team at Movora. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to assigned sales representatives, including coordination of customer requirements and order management.
  • Handle incoming customer calls and emails, assess customer needs, and offer solutions to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring meticulous follow-through and follow-up based on customer requirements.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with customers through consistent, open, and interactive communication.
  • Provide customers with accurate and reliable information using the appropriate tools and methods.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Keep customer databases up to date by regularly updating account details.
  • Perform research as required to support sales efforts.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a customer service position required.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Customer-focused with strong client-facing and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and analysis skills, with the ability to maintain calm under pressure.
  • A thorough knowledge and understanding of the company and products offered.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products and Company ERP systems.
