Job Title: Fitness Sales Specialist

At StretchLab - St Augustine Beach, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Fitness Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our studio while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Client Acquisition:
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients and drive revenue growth.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
    • Collaborate with our certified Flexologists to create personalized stretching plans that meet individual client needs.
    • Utilize consultative sales techniques to educate clients about the benefits of assisted stretching and our services.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Develop and implement effective customer relationship management strategies to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Assist with scheduling and booking client appointments to maximize studio utilization.
    • Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and progress.
  • Community Engagement:
    • Represent StretchLab at local events and community outreach initiatives to promote our services and build brand awareness.
    • Engage with the community and our membership base through social media and other marketing channels.
