Key Responsibilities:
- Program Management: Develop and implement aquatic programs that meet the needs of our diverse community, including swim lessons, water aerobics, and special events.
- Staff Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of aquatic staff, including lifeguards, swim instructors, and customer service representatives.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our patrons, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Facility Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the Aquatic Center, including pool equipment, facilities, and grounds.
- Safety and Risk Management: Ensure the safety of our patrons and staff by implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase program participation and community engagement.
- Financial Management: Manage the Aquatic Center's budget, including program revenue and expenses.
Requirements:

The Aquatics Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced aquatic environment, with frequent exposure to water and potential hazards. The ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods is required.
