Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the cardiovascular team, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care and satisfaction.
  • Manage departmental resources, including budgeting and staffing, to optimize productivity and minimize costs.
  • Ensure the efficient operation of the department, including quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State or have a compact or multi-state RN license.
  • Director or Manager Cath Lab experience or 5+ years progressive cardiovascular services leadership.
  • Current BLS, ACLS required; RCVT preferred.
  • COVID-19 vaccinated required.
