Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Care Professional to join our team at Kaiser Permanente. As an Advanced Practice Health Care Provider, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and advancing the field of medicine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Obtain and record a comprehensive medical history and perform a thorough physical examination to assess patients' medical, physical, and psychological status.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that align with the practice preferences of collaborating physicians, including orders for medication and other treatment modalities.
  • Educate and counsel patients and their families regarding their treatment plans, including disease prevention and health promotion.
  • Document all examination data, diagnostic impressions, and patient care activities in the medical record.

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree in Nursing or Bachelors Degree in a related field.
  • Graduation from an accredited graduate nursing program or a program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA).
  • Current licensure and certification as a Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant in Colorado.
  • Basic Life Support certification within 3 months of hire.
