Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team at Woven Care. As a key member of our pediatric care team, you will work collaboratively with families, physicians, schools, and other educational institutions to deliver exceptional clinical outcomes and ensure a continuum of care for our patients.

Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with families, physicians, schools, and other educational institutions to deliver the best clinical outcomes and ensure a continuum of care for our patients.
* Complete case management activities consistent with department quality assurance and quality improvement standards.
* Provide diagnostic evaluations consistent with contemporary, evidence-based practice in speech-language pathology and department quality assurance standards.
* Incorporate principles of cultural-competence and family-centered care into clinical services.

Qualifications:

* Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
* Certification (s): BLS for Healthcare Providers/CPR; American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)-Speech-Language Pathologist
* Licensure: State of Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license; Credentialing must be completed by the Medical Staff Office (MSO) within 3 months of employment

Physical Requirements:

The job requires the ability to sit for 1-2 hours and stand or walk for 4-6 hours daily. It involves frequent bending and occasionally carrying, lifting, pulling, pushing, and reaching, each up to one-third of the time. Precise motor function with both hands is needed, and lifting up to 50 pounds may be required up to one-third of the time.
