  • Manage Engineering Projects: Plan, execute, and deliver engineering projects within budget, on schedule, and according to specifications.
  • Lead and Mentor a Team: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development among quality and engineering professionals.
  • Monitor and Report KPIs: Track and report on key performance indicators related to quality and engineering performance.
  • Liaise with Customers and Suppliers: Address quality concerns and drive improvements with customers and suppliers.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or Quality Management. Master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in a quality and engineering role within the automotive industry, with metal ICE components background.
  • Management Experience: 2 years of management experience.
  • Certifications: Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) are a plus.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and APQP.
  • Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, leadership and team management skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in quality and engineering software tools and systems.
