  • Manage projects through the stage-gate process, including budgeting, reporting, and knowledge management.

  • Contribute to the growth of a high-performing global Science & Technology team.
  • Effectively communicate project outcomes and technical findings to key stakeholders.
  • Document data and results in technical memos, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer.
  • Produce high-quality technical reports and literature reviews, mentoring junior team members as needed.
  • Influence senior stakeholders in project direction and decision-making.

Qualifications:

We are seeking candidates with a Master's degree in Food Science, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or related fields; a PhD is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience post-PhD or 7 years post-Master's degree is required, with at least 3 years in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.

Desired Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of food material properties, flavor, texture, and functional food ingredients.
  • Proficiency in analytical instruments for food structure analysis and sensory evaluation.
  • Experience in food structure design and flavor development.
  • Understanding of functional ingredients, emulsions, and food processing techniques.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and networking abilities.
  • Collaborative approach to working in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience with ready-to-heat meals, sauces, and dressings is advantageous.

Travel Requirements:

This global role may involve occasional travel, approximately 20% - 30%, particularly during peak project phases. Flexibility to work across time zones is essential.
