Patient Care Coordinator

A Certified Nursing Assistant is a crucial member of our care team, responsible for providing supportive services and assisting residents with activities of daily living. As a CNA, you will work collaboratively with our nursing staff to ensure that each resident receives the highest quality care possible.
The successful candidate will have an active CNA certification, current CPR/BLS certification, and strong interpersonal skills. In this role, you will be responsible for providing patient care tasks such as lifting, turning, positioning, transporting, bathing, and feeding assistance. You will also coordinate dining services, document meal intake, and maintain confidentiality of protected health information.
