Practical Nurse

Job Description: The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care, supervising support staff, and participating in education programs. This includes administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities. Additionally, the LPN will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and assistance with daily living activities.
- Supervise support staff, including training, scheduling, and performance review.
- Participate in education programs, including planning, organizing, and developing educational materials.
Required Qualifications: To be successful in this role, candidates must have a current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Tennessee, CPR certification, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working in a healthcare setting is preferred, but not required.
