About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at American Health Partners. This role is ideal for individuals who want to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others.

Job Summary: As a CNA, you will provide personalized care to residents under the direction of our nursing staff. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities, such as bathing, feeding, and mobility assistance, as well as observing and recording resident conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide support with mealtime and hydration needs
  • Help residents with mobility assistance, including transfers and ambulation
  • Observe and record resident conditions, including vital signs and medication administration

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds frequently
