Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Providence St. Luke's Rehabilitation Medical Center in Spokane, WA. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating communication and swallowing disorders in patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat communication and swallowing disorders in patients
  • Work collaboratively with a team of clinicians, rehab nurses, and physicians to create the best possible outcome for patients
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify communication and swallowing disorders
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers on communication and swallowing techniques

Requirements:

  • Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement
  • Washington Speech Language Pathologist License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Speech Language Pathology experience
  • Certification of Clinical Competence
